Weโre looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Growth Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. We are seeking a results-driven Website Growth Specialist to lead strategies that increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and drive user engagement. This role blends digital marketing, web analytics, SEO, PPC, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and UX/UI expertise to ensure the website functions as a high-performing asset aligned with business goals.
What will you do:
- Design, implement, and scale growth strategies across the entire user journey, leveraging all organic channels like content marketing, social media, community-building, and referral programs to maximize sustainable user acquisition and retention.
- Focus on growth through organic acquisition channels, including SEO, PPC Marketing, content marketing, viral loops, and community engagement. Drive content strategies that build brand awareness and attract high-value, long-term users.
- Conduct A/B testing, usability studies, and conversion funnel analysis to optimize user experience and maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and development teams to implement data-driven enhancements and new features.
- Oversee SEO best practices, keyword strategies, and technical SEO improvements to improve search rankings and organic reach.
- Continuously audit the website for content accuracy, design consistency, performance, and technical integrity.
- Implement and manage tracking pixels, goal setting, and reporting via tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other platforms.
- Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation tactics.
- Identify new tools and technologies that support website growth and enhance user journeys.
- Report on key metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders regularly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web optimization, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, UX principles, and web analytics tools.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.
- Ability to interpret data and user behavior to make informed design and marketing decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for performance-driven design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
