We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Manager to own marketing execution across multiple client accounts.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role — not coordination. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimising campaigns, systems, and performance across multiple businesses.
You must be comfortable switching between strategy and execution, managing multiple priorities, and solving problems independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative Direction
- Lead development and execution of brand identity across client accounts (logos, visual systems, messaging, assets)
- Has proficient knowledge and experience in AI tools
- Capable to work with latest AI tools
- Ensure all outputs meet a consistently high standard across channels
- Manage and maintain brand assets (e.g. Canva)
- Direct VAs, designers, and content creators to ensure consistency
- Review and approve all creative before publishing
- Identify and correct brand inconsistencies across platforms
Multi-Client Growth Management
- Manage marketing execution across multiple client accounts
- Prioritise across competing deadlines and workstreams
- Ensure consistent delivery and performance across all accounts
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, content, website)
- Work with freelancers to implement campaigns
- Monitor and improve performance (CPL, conversion rates, ROI)
Paid Media & Funnel Optimisation
- Brief and manage paid ads specialists
- Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks
- Optimise landing pages and user journeys
Email Marketing & CRM
- Develop and execute email campaigns and automation
- Manage segmentation, tagging, and workflows (e.g. EngageBay)
- Oversee execution via support team (VA)
Website & Conversion Optimisation
- Lead website and landing page improvements (WordPress or similar)
- Refine messaging, structure, and user flow
- Work with developers to implement updates
Tracking & Analytics
- Own tracking across GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CRM
- Ensure accurate attribution and closed-loop tracking
- Identify and resolve tracking issues
Content & Campaign Messaging
- Develop content strategies aligned to client goals
- Write briefs and scripts for campaigns and video
- Manage content production and publishing workflows
Systems & Process Development
- Build and maintain systems (CRM, project management, reporting)
- Create SOPs for scalable execution
- Improve operational efficiency across accounts
Agency & Freelancer Management
- Source, onboard, and manage freelancers and agencies
- Hold partners accountable to performance and deadlines
- Replace underperforming vendors when required
Reporting & Client Communication
- Provide regular performance updates
- Translate data into clear insights and actions
- Maintain strong, professional stakeholder communication

Experience Required
- Hands-on experience in growth or marketing roles
- Experience managing multiple accounts or business units
- Strong understanding of paid media and conversion funnels
- CRM and marketing automation experience
- Experience managing freelancers or agencies
- Experience with tracking and attribution systems
