Performance Marketer – Project-Based Campaigns (Hiring Multiple)Phase 1: £500–750 per campaign + profit share on hitting key metrics | Remote

Phase 2: £1,000/month + 15% profit share | Remote

What We’re Building

We’re scaling a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands with a proven leadership team and a clear 18-month pipeline of project activations.

Rather than betting on one hire, we’re running pilot campaigns with multiple marketers to identify the best long-term partners.

How This Works

Phase 1: Project-Based Pilot Campaign

  • Briefed on one project
  • Own full-stack delivery: funnel build, ad creative, email sequences, tracking, and optimization
  • Campaign runs for 30 days
  • Earn £500–750 fixed fee plus profit share based on key metrics
  • We evaluate execution quality and campaign performance

Phase 2: Ongoing Partnership (if Phase 1 delivers)

  • 2 campaigns per month, with impact prioritized over hours worked
  • £1,000/month base + 15% profit share per campaign
  • Join the core team of a fast-growing portfolio

What You’ll Deliver Per Campaign

  • High-converting funnel (WordPress, ClickFunnels, Unbounce) live within 10 days
  • Scroll-stopping content: Reels, ads, carousels for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Email automation sequences (Mailchimp or Kit)
  • Pixel tracking, GA4 setup, and conversion tracking
  • Weekly A/B testing and ongoing optimization

You’re a Fit If

  • You’ve built campaigns generating £5k+ net revenue in 30 days (proof required)
  • You consistently hit 3–5% CTR on paid social (Reels, UGC-style content)
  • You own full-stack execution: strategy, build, creative, tracking, optimization
  • Comfortable with lean tech stack: WordPress, Mailchimp/Kit, main socials
  • Work independently and async, no micromanaging, just results

Bonus: Behavioral economics, B2B + B2C experience, direct-response copy skills
