Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our global marketing strategy. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth across diverse international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B healthcare marketing, a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

• Oversee all marketing channels including digital, content, email, SEO/SEM, social media, PR, and events for Amradnet.

• Lead brand positioning and messaging efforts to ensure consistency and differentiation in the marketplace.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business development and customer success strategies.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

• Drive lead generation campaigns to support sales pipeline growth in key regions.

• Own the strategy, structure, content, and performance of the company website as a primary digital touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing.

• Proven experience in healthcare, healthtech, or teleradiology industries.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing international marketing strategies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote and culturally diverse team environment.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
