Position Summary
Amaris is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing efforts that grow our brand, drive awareness, and support our clients in the mom & baby ecosystem. This role requires deep empathy for our audience, a passion for maternal health and wellness, and a results-driven approach to multi-channel marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy to align with Amaris’ mission, business objectives, and target audiences, including healthcare professionals, DME suppliers, and end-consumers.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of thought leadership content, product education, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media that resonate with moms, clinicians, and partners.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, email, influencer, event, and partnership-driven) to generate leads and build awareness for both Amaris and its client portfolio.
- Social Media Strategy: Grow and engage our audience on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms with timely, relevant, and authentic content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business development, sales, client partners, and leadership to ensure marketing aligns with broader company goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing within the mom & baby, healthcare, wellness, femtech, or DME industry.
- Experience working with medical devices, lactation, or postpartum care products.
- Familiarity with the DME space or B2B2C healthcare marketing.
- Proven success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong content writing, storytelling, and brand voice development skills.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Brevo, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media schedulers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision, speed, and creativity.
- A self-starter with a passion for maternal health, baby care, and purpose-driven marketing.
Nice to Have
- IBCLC, CBS, CLC, or other lactation credential.
