We are currently seeking a Brand Storyteller and Content Lead. This is a full time, exempt position working remotely.Job Summary As our Brand Storyteller & Content Lead, you will be the creative voice of our marketing team. You’ll own the execution of AllOne Health’s storytelling—from blogs, newsletters, and campaigns to social media, PR, and sales collateral. You’ll turn clinical insights and real human stories into content that educates, engages, and drives results. You will manage our editorial operations, coordinate with our internal teams, and serve as the final quality-control layer for everything we publish. Your work will help grow our audience, spark the conversations that matter, and show the world what modern EAP and workplace well-being can be. What You'll Do

  • Content Management
  • Editorial Operations: Own and maintain the enterprise content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic cadence across blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaigns.
  • Workflow & Approvals: Manage the end-to-end editorial process, including version control, internal stakeholder approvals, and cross-departmental coordination (Sales, Clinical, Product).
  • Project Coordination: Work side-by-side with creative, web and marketing team members to make sure content aligns with visuals, and our stories look as good as they read.
  • Asset Integrity: Lead the annual audit and refresh of member marketing materials, sales collateral, and website copy to ensure brand accuracy and empathy.
  • Content Creation
  • Human-First Storytelling: Translate complex clinical data and program outcomes into "must-read" content for HR leaders and employees.
  • Build Brand Authority: Work with leadership to ghostwrite thought leadership and execute PR/media outreach that positions AllOne Health as a visionary in the EAP space.
  • SEO & GEO Growth: Produce content optimized for GEO & SEO to ensure AllOne Health remains a cited authority.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and update materials (eGuides, case studies, success stories) that demonstrate measurable results and support the sales cycle.
  • Scale with Strategy: Use AI tools to do the heavy lifting of repurposing and versioning content, allowing you to focus on high-level storytelling and creative strategy.
  • Content Review
  • Accuracy & Voice: Review all content for clinical accuracy, brand voice, and messaging consistency.
  • Brand Integrity: Audit and refresh member marketing materials and sales collateral annually to keep our brand modern and empathetic.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in content, marketing, B2B communications or related field. EAP, benefits, healthcare, mental health preferred but not required.
  • Strong Editorial Eye: You believe in content that connects, and you have a high bar for quality. You can take a rough draft—whether it’s a set of clinical notes or an AI-generated outline—and refine it into clear, professional, and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Platform & AI Proficiency: You’re comfortable with HubSpot, WordPress, and using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as a creative partner – or at least willing to learn and dive in.
  • Content Impact: You understand how content drives growth—from social engagement to ranking in search/AI discovery.
