About the Role
As a TikTok AdOps Specialist, you’ll join a highly experienced team composed entirely of former TikTok employees - giving us unique insight into how the platform works from the inside out. You’ll manage and optimize campaigns for clients across industries like fintech, health & fitness, utilities, and e-commerce. In this role, you’ll go beyond execution - acting as a strategic consultant for clients and a trusted partner to TikTok, helping align business goals with platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of clients’ advertising campaigns, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Manage TikTok ad campaigns to maximize efficiency and achieve performance KPIs.
- Host onboarding calls to help clients understand the platform, assist with TikTok Pixel setup, and integrate various MMPs.
- Ensure effective communication with clients by understanding their needs and providing strategic advice and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience with TikTok Ads Manager, including deep knowledge of the platform’s features, campaign setup, and optimization.
- Experience with MMP: AppsFlyer or AdJust.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and hands-on experience with other advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and suggest actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly (if you can explain how SKAdNetwork works in under 5 minutes, you’re our ideal candidate!).
- Familiarity with TikTok trends and creative best practices is a strong advantage.
- Experience with brandformance strategies is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills for both client-facing and internal interactions, and proficient in Russian (C1 level) for certain internal communications.
