What You'll Do

• Write, edit, and refine English content across a wide variety of topics and formats
• Evaluate AI-generated text for clarity, accuracy, tone, and overall quality
• Identify grammatical errors, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and structural issues
• Apply detailed style guidelines consistently across diverse writing tasks
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI systems produce better output
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native English fluency with a strong command of written language
• Naturally detail-oriented — you notice what others miss
• Able to assess writing quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• Comfortable adapting to varied writing styles, tones, and subject matter
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, journalism, content strategy, or communications
• Experience with proofreading, copyediting, or style guide application
• Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
• Experience in quality assurance, research, or critical analysis
