Social Media Manager

Part-Time / Fractional Social Media Manager — Ain't is the world's first non-caffeine based energy brand, clinically proven to deliver real focus and alertness through natural ingredients, with zero jitters, zero crash, and zero added sugar. We launched earlier this year and we're growing fast. We're looking someone who lives on social to help us build something worth following.

What you'll do:

• Own the Ain't social presence: content calendar, posting, community management, and engagement
• Develop original content that fits the brand
• Grow our audience across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with an eye on what's next
• Track and report on performance regularly: what's working, what isn't, and what's next
• Communicate proactively: we're a small, fast-moving team and we need someone who can take full ownership of social and work independently.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years managing social for CPG, food & bev, or lifestyle brands, or a personal account that proves you know how to build and engage an audience
• Influencers welcome: if you've grown your own following, we want to hear about it
• Strong content instincts: you can write a caption, direct a quick shoot, or brief a creator
• Data-literate: you know your way around analytics and can translate numbers into clear takeaways
• Clear, concise communicator: written and verbal
• Available ~15–20 hours/week
