Role Overview
- We are seeking a Growth & Operations Lead to design and execute growth strategies, manage marketing and community initiatives, and support operational excellence during our early scaling phase. You will work closely with leadership and collaborate with product and content teams to drive user growth and refine our go-to-market approach.
What You’ll Do
- Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute 0→1 user acquisition and retention strategies for the US market.
- Identify and test growth channels (TikTok, IG, Reddit, LinkedIn, newsletters, partnerships).
- Community & Beta Operations
- Recruit and engage beta users and testers.
- Build referral, ambassador, and early-adopter programs to foster advocacy.
- Marketing & Content
- Produce and repurpose growth content (short videos, posts, copywriting).
- Run lightweight paid experiments to validate CAC and channel fit.
- Analytics & Feedback Loop
- Own growth metrics (signups, activation, retention, CAC).
- Translate user insights into actionable product and marketing improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product and content teams to refine user onboarding, positioning, and narrative.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years in growth, marketing, or operations (consumer tech, edtech, or AI preferred).
- Proven track record of scaling early-stage products (0→1 or first 50K–100K users).
- Hands-on execution: comfortable running scrappy experiments with limited resources.
- Strong understanding of community and content-driven growth (e.g., Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Analytical + creative mindset: can balance growth hacking with storytelling.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus but not required.
- Mission-driven: passionate about lifelong learning and AI.
- Location: U.S. (Remote) or China (Beijing & Shanghai)
