The Role
This is a freelance contractor role (ABN required), starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the role evolves.
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Content Creator with a strong track record in repurposing long-form content into high-impact short-form assets, particularly for LinkedIn and Facebook (with potential expansion into Instagram).
You will work across two brands - AI Success Lab and a client brand - transforming long-form written, audio, and video content into engaging, audience-specific outputs that support business education, authority-building, and lead generation.
You will play a key role in translating complex ideas into clear, compelling content that resonates with B2B audiences, while working within established templates, systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Creating and refining high-quality B2B content across blogs, reports, social posts, and digital assets
- Repurposing long-form written, audio, and video content into short-form content optimised for LinkedIn and Facebook
- Editing and adapting video content for social distribution
- Applying strong B2B copywriting principles to drive clarity, engagement, and authority
- Working confidently with AI tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Collaborating within established content workflows and improving them over time
Requirements
- Based in Australia
- Available to attend a weekly Monday meeting at 10:00 am Brisbane time
- Proven experience creating B2B content, particularly for professional and business audiences
- Strong capability in repurposing long-form content into short-form social assets
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, with a genuine interest in developing more advanced workflows (training provided)
- Solid skills in content writing and video editing for repurposing
- Understanding of B2B content marketing, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategies
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Notion, Trello, OpusClip, or able to learn new tools quickly
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Experience in AI, technology, or adjacent fields is advantageous
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and systems, and who understands how to turn deep, long-form thinking into practical, scroll-stopping B2B content.
