Account Manager — White-Label Digital Marketing
Remote (U.S.-Based Only) | Full-Time, W-2 | $4,000/month base + uncapped commission
Quick Snapshot — Read This First
- U.S.-based applicants only. We're not able to consider candidates located outside the United States, or applicants seeking 1099/contract arrangements. This is a W-2 employee role.
- 6+ years of professional experience in digital marketing required, including agency or platform-side account management. This is not an entry-level or early-career role.
- You must have managed a high volume of accounts at once — think 25-50+ active Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or website accounts simultaneously, not 5-10 large enterprise retainers.
- This is one full-time job, not a side hustle. If you're currently freelancing, consulting, or running your own agency or business on the side, this role is not set up to accommodate that, and we're direct about that up front so we don't waste your time or ours.
If any of the above doesn't describe you, we'd encourage you to hold off on applying — it'll save us both time.
Is This Role a Fit for You?
This role is a strong fit if you:
- Have spent your career working inside agencies, platforms, or large operational teams — executing within someone else's systems and processes, not building your own
- Have direct experience at a white-label marketing agency, or on the agency/channel-partner side of a platform like Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, or Pinterest
- Are comfortable juggling a large, fast-moving portfolio of smaller accounts rather than a handful of deep, high-touch relationships
- Want stability, a clear system to plug into, and one full-time role to focus on
This role is probably not a fit if you:
- Have run your own agency, consultancy, or freelance practice as your primary career — we've found this often creates friction when adjusting to executing inside an existing system rather than setting your own scope, pricing, or schedule
- Are early in your career and haven't yet managed a large volume of accounts at once
- Are looking for something flexible to run alongside other clients, projects, or income streams
We say this not to be exclusive, but because we'd rather be upfront — in line with our value of transparency — than have either of us discover a mismatch three months in.
Why Advirtis Exists
We serve marketing agencies and their clients, allowing our partners to grow their own business through ours — one service, one account, at a time.
Our mission is dedicated to:
- Families: Building stability for our team's families and loved ones.
- Team: Fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented workspace through transformational leadership.
- Communities: Crafting and executing effective marketing strategies that elevate our clients' presence while strengthening community engagement.
Our Core Values:
- Transparency — Being open and honest in communication is a form of kindness.
- Intrapreneur Mindset — Taking ownership and being proactive within your role, not building a separate venture.
- Intentional Focus — Valuing work/life balance and the flexibility remote work offers.
- Servant Leadership — Leading by example and serving others to achieve success.
- Optimization to Serve — Continuously improving how you serve partners and clients.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Client Management & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Lead or support client calls and provide clear updates on performance and progress
- Maintain strong relationships through consistent, professional communication
2. Execution & Project Management
- Manage audits and strategies submitted via ClickUp
- Assign tasks to internal specialists and ensure completion
- Ensure all work is delivered on time and meets Advirtis quality standards
3. Performance Monitoring & Problem Solving
- Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Address issues proactively and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
4. Sales Support
- Participate in sales calls with Partner Success Managers
- Assist in presenting audits, strategies, and recommendations to clients and partners
5. Revenue Opportunity Creation (Core KPI)
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Create and log all qualified opportunities in HubSpot with accurate details
6. Sales Reporting (Required)
- Maintain a monthly sales report in Google Sheets, submitted by the 1st of each month
- Include opportunities created, deals influenced, and revenue generated
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Partner Success Managers, Operations, and leadership
- Support onboarding, retention, and growth of agency partners
What You Bring
- 6+ years of professional digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing account management role at an agency, white-label provider, or marketing platform
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume portfolio — 25-50+ active accounts/campaigns at once across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or web — rather than a small number of large, deeply customized accounts
- Strong working knowledge of PPC, SEO, and reporting tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics)
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns directly, or closely overseeing specialists who do
- Working knowledge of SEO strategy and execution
- A track record of thriving inside an established operational system — not building or running your own book of business
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with both clients and internal teams
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable context-switching across many accounts in a day
- Proficiency with ClickUp and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Strongly preferred: prior experience at a white-label digital marketing agency, or on the agency/channel-partner side of an ad platform (Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.)

- PTO requests submitted at least 2 weeks in advance with a clear coverage plan
- Fully remote, with a schedule aligned to standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST)
