Role Description
You’ll start with direct appointment setting through LinkedIn on behalf of the founder and clients, sending messages, handling objections, and booking qualified calls. But very quickly, you’ll grow into a strategic operator: creating sequences, managing outreach campaigns, and becoming the engine that drives our entire pipeline.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to:

- Be trusted with serious responsibility and autonomy
- Evolve into a right-hand commercial operator—not just a task-taker
It's a full-time role with a high upside. Every day, you will be:
- Identifying and generating new leads
- Performing research on potential clients
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team (10-12 bookings per client per week).
Responsibilities Include:
Messaging & Appointment Setting
- Send 200+ connection requests/week, 600+ messages/week
- Handle all inbound replies, objections, follow-ups
- Continue old conversations, re-engage cold threads
- Book 10–12 qualified sales calls/week
- Qualify and disqualify based on ICP and readiness
- Write messages that sound like a real human (not AI or robot-like)
Messaging Strategy & Execution
- Edit, test, and improve messaging templates and sequences
- Write new sequences from scratch based on live feedback and client psychology
- Match tone, voice, wit, and empathy in all written communications
CRM + Admin Systems
- Keep CRM accurate with context-rich notes
- Maintain follow-up systems, update statuses
- Use and update tasks across Asana, Calendly, Grain, Google Drive
Campaigns & Events
- Collaborate on event outreach (e.g. masterclass invites)
- Coordinate HubSpot email campaigns as needed
Trial Period Expectations
You'll need to:
- Be available 11am-9pm (UK) and connected to high-speed internet with minimal issues
- Attend daily Zoom check-ins where you'll be screen sharing
- Complete all training, messaging, and CRM tasks with proof of execution
- Send a 60-second Loom video introducing yourself and why you’re excited to apply
Compensation
As well as your monthly salary you'll be paid a performance-based commission up to 5% on every sales call that converts to a close (ranges from $2k-$10k).
We strongly value learning so we have a learning and development budget that includes courses, books, etc. As we see this as a launchpad role there's strong potential for increased benefits, higher commission share, and long-term expansion.
