We’re now looking for an EMEA Campaign Manager to join our client’s Marketing team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This is a remote role based in Romania, offering the chance to work at the heart of a high-impact marketing function.

What you’ll be doing:

• Defining and executing the EMEA marketing campaign strategy, content plan, and campaign calendar.

• Building integrated omni-channel campaigns (webinars, email, nurture, social, digital, events) to generate pipeline and support business growth.

• Partnering with global, regional, and local marketing teams to deliver an aligned demand generation plan.

• Acting as the main point of contact for campaign planning, execution, and measurement across cross-functional stakeholders.

• Tracking, analysing, and reporting campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimisation.

• Collaborating with product, sales enablement, field marketing, and creative teams to deliver compelling messaging and customer-focused campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in demand generation and campaign management within the B2B tech space.

• Proven track record of executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Experience with tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Splash, Knak, Demandbase, PathFactory, or similar.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise technology markets is a big plus.

• Creative, hands-on, and results-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
