Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Content Strategist. The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies, overseeing and coordinating content creation, and ensuring alignment with the overarching brand goals. Additional responsibilities include writing and optimizing web content, editing existing content, and ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across platforms. The role will involve collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, impactful content solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Content Strategy and Content Management to design, plan, and oversee cohesive, results-driven content plans.
  • Expertise in Content Development and Web Content Writing to produce compelling and audience-focused materials.
  • Strong Writing skills with attention to detail, clarity, and tone for effective communication across diverse media channels.
  • Experience coordinating creative processes and collaborating with teams to achieve content objectives.
  • Familiarity with content trends and tools to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

What you’ll own

  • Plan weekly content directions for clients (topics, angles, key ideas)
  • Review transcripts and long-form videos to pull strong moments
  • Prepare agendas for content calls and keep content hubs organized
  • Give clear instructions to editors and copywriters so the final output matches the client's
  • Review content drafts and suggest improvements
  • Help onboard new clients through questionnaires, kickoff notes, and their initial Notion hub
  • Track performance and suggest simple adjustments
