Our client is an ambitious, consumer-led brand accelerating its growth across Europe, with Germany positioned as a critical market for expansion. As part of this journey, they are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the German marketing function. You’ll act as the key link between global strategy and local execution, shaping campaigns that resonate with German audiences while driving measurable commercial impact. Working closely with senior leadership and managing a small team, this is a high-visibility role offering both strategic influence and hands-on delivery.

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the German marketing strategy end-to-end, combining commercial thinking with executional excellence to drive brand awareness, retail performance and revenue growth.

Role Highlights

– Own and deliver the Germany marketing strategy aligned to global objectives

– Adapt and execute multi-channel campaigns for local market relevance

– Lead retail marketing initiatives to support in-store and partner performance

– Manage and develop a Marketing Executive, ensuring high-quality output

– Oversee agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns

You Will Need

– 5+ years’ marketing experience, including team leadership responsibility

– Strong knowledge across digital, content, SEO, paid media and brand marketing

– Proven experience within retail or consumer-led environments

– Confident stakeholder management and presentation skills at senior level

– Fluency in German and English, with current residence in Germany
