Job Title: Director of Operations (Remote, Poland-Based)

We’re a U.S.-based, 100% remote consumer brand group led by a founder with multiple 8-figure exits. Our team spans Poland, the Philippines, and the U.S., operating in health and wellness, AI coaching, and premium product categories. We move fast, value high ownership, and build systems that scale.

We’re hiring a Director of Operations to lead executional discipline, enforce SOPs, and drive accountability across all departments. You’ll work directly with the CEO and department leads (Marketing, Creative, CX, Tech, Finance) to ensure our global teams operate with clarity, speed, and consistency.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership

● Own executional follow-through across projects and teams

● Lead weekly performance and accountability cycles

● Translate CEO priorities into structured plans across departments

PMO Oversight & SOP Enforcement

● Manage project managers and PMO staff across time zones

● Ensure SOPs are followed, refined, and adopted across all functions

● Hold team members accountable for deadlines and quality standards

Cross-Functional Execution

● Align with team leads in Poland, the Philippines, and the U.S.

● Coordinate timelines, remove blockers, and escalate proactively

● Track OKRs, KPIs, and key deliverables across the business

AI & Automation Integration

● Work with our AI and systems team to streamline workflows

● Drive adoption of automation tools for task management and reporting

Reporting & Optimization

● Deliver weekly updates to the CEO on performance, risks, and wins

● Recommend process improvements, staffing needs, and SOP gaps

● Own internal visibility and on-time delivery metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile

● 5+ years in operations, project management, or cross-functional execution roles

● Proven success in remote-first companies or DTC/e-commerce environments

● Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication

● High attention to detail and deadline discipline

● Comfortable leading meetings, enforcing accountability, and pushing clarity

● Confident using ClickUp, Notion, or other project tools

● Based in Poland or open to full-time CET-aligned remote work
