CRM Retention Manager (Crypto iGaming)

Are you passionate about driving player engagement and loyalty in the fast-growing world of crypto iGaming? Our client is looking for a data-driven CRM Retention Manager to lead retention strategies and maximize player lifetime value.

What You’ll Do

• Own the player lifecycle: from registration to VIP.
• Create and launch promotions, loyalty programs, and personalized campaigns that boost retention.
• Partner with VIP & CS teams to deliver seamless, high-touch player experiences.
• Use CRM tools, automation, and data analysis to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate across marketing, product, and design to execute retention campaigns.
• Analyze player behavior and market trends to stay ahead in crypto iGaming.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in CRM/retention marketing, ideally in iGaming or crypto casinos.
• Strong Optimove experience
• Strong knowledge of player segmentation, bonus mechanics, and loyalty strategies.
• Skilled in CRM platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools (SQL, BI, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication & copywriting for player-facing content.
• A collaborative, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
