About the Role
Set Fieldguide's social strategy and own the calendar that brings it to life. Partner with product, marketing, content, and communications teams to shape how the company shows up across social, from recurring content series to major company moments.
Responsibilities
- Own social strategy and execution, from concepts and platform decisions through the content calendar.
- Rework blog posts, eGuides, research reports, and webinars into social-native content.
- Write recurring short-form content for subject-matter experts and functional leads, including byline series, resource articles, and event and demand-generation copy.
- Build and evolve content systems, including calendars, briefing templates, and social brand guidelines.
- Partner with demand generation, product, content, and communications teams to deliver campaigns from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running organic social for a brand, including calendars, stakeholders, publishing cadence, and platform-specific decisions.
- Ability to translate dense or technical material into compelling native social content.
- Strong visual storytelling judgment, pairing copy with carousels, short videos, and graphics without relying on a designer for every post.
- Collaborative approach, comfort with editing and iteration, and curiosity about how audit and advisory professionals engage online.
