Key Responsibilities
• Translate campaign briefs into launch checklists, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Build and maintain campaigns in approved marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Coordinate audience segmentation, suppression lists, and approved contact preferences.
• Check copy, links, tracking parameters, forms, and campaign logic before launch.
• Coordinate asset approvals and communicate risks to launch timelines.
• Monitor campaign delivery and investigate data or execution issues.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and prepare performance reports.
• Document repeatable processes and recommend improvements to quality and efficiency.
Requirements
• Experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or marketing automation.
• Comfort working with CRM data, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting.
• Strong quality assurance habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate several campaigns and meet agreed deadlines.
• Working spreadsheet skills and confidence interpreting campaign metrics.
• Clear communication and a practical approach to troubleshooting.
