The problem you'll solve
AI Case Leads connects people hurt in car accidents with personal injury law firms across the US. We're building a consumer brand of our own on YouTube: not a law firm's name, but a brand people recognize and trust when they need help after a crash.
You'll own that channel. The job is to make video ads that a person who was just in an accident stops and watches, trusts, and acts on, then to buy that attention profitably:
• The viewer: most people seeing the ad weren't in a crash. The ones who were need to recognize themselves in the first five seconds.
• The ad and the brand: the same brand shows up across many ads and many weeks, so viewers come to trust it. Creative is the biggest lever you have.
• The lead: a viewer fills out a form or calls. Our intake team calls them back and checks the case is real.
• The signed case: a law firm signs them, often weeks later. Many leads never get there.
• Back into Google Ads: those results flow back as offline conversions, so bidding learns which viewers sign, not which ones click.
We judge the channel by cost per signed case, not views, cost per view or cost per lead.
What you'll own
• The YouTube account: Demand Gen and video campaigns for lead generation across the states we serve, with audiences, placements, bidding and budgets.
• Creative testing: decide what we test each week (hooks, angles, spokespeople, length, Shorts versus longer in-stream ads), brief our editors and creators, and kill losers fast. Expect to test several new concepts every week.
• The brand: keep the brand's voice, look and promise consistent across every ad, so trust builds over time instead of each ad starting from zero.
• Landing pages and forms: work with our web team on what the viewer sees after the click, and judge each change by signed cases.
• Signed-case feedback: with our engineer, make sure every lead carries its Google click ID into our CRM, and that qualified and signed cases go back to Google Ads as offline conversions.
• Lead quality with intake: learn every week why YouTube leads fail and turn that into new creative, targeting and form changes.
• Compliance: no promises about case value or outcomes, no fake testimonials, and ad copy that follows Google's policies and attorney advertising rules.
• Reporting: a weekly one-page report on spend, leads, qualified leads, signed cases and cost per signed case by creative and campaign, plus a log of what you tested and what won.
What you must have
• 2+ years running YouTube ads yourself for lead generation, with Demand Gen or video campaigns optimized to leads or calls. Brand awareness, channel growth and e-commerce sales don't count here.
• $30,000+ a month in YouTube spend that you personally managed.
• Creative testing you led: you decided what to test, briefed editors or creators, and can name the hooks and concepts that won and why.
• Results judged after the lead: you've seen lead quality, sales or signed clients from your YouTube leads, not just cost per lead.
• A consumer lead-gen brand: insurance, Medicare, legal, debt relief, solar, home services, health or another category where a brand sells a service and the lead is called back.
Strongly preferred: personal injury or mass tort. Offline conversions you set up. Spanish-language creative. Meta or TikTok lead gen alongside YouTube.
We won't move forward if
• Your YouTube work is organic channel growth, views or subscribers.
• You've only run video inside a wider Google Ads account and never owned it as its own channel.
• You can't name a winning hook or concept and the numbers behind it.
• Your written answers are generic, could apply to any brand, or have no numbers of your own.
• You want to run this alongside other client accounts.
