Are you a paid search specialist who knows how to drive ecommerce revenue through Google Ads? If you’re deeply experienced in paid search and think beyond just campaign management, this role is for you.

We’re looking for a paid search specialist with strong experience in driving ecommerce revenue through Google Ads to lead performance strategy and execution for a portfolio of DTC brands. You’ll own paid search but you’ll also think bigger - how it fits into the customer journey, how to improve onsite conversion and how to align media with revenue goals.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows ecommerce performance inside out and wants to scale brands with more than just media buying.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) for DTC ecommerce brands.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative strategists, CRO experts, lifecycle marketers and media buyers to drive ecommerce performance.
- Own the client relationship as the strategic lead - connecting ad performance to business goals like MER, AOV, ROAS, CAC and LTV.
- Run detailed performance analysis and translate data into actionable insights.
- Test and iterate across audience structures, bid strategies, messaging and funnel stages to maximise profitable growth.
- Stay ahead of the curve with evolving Google Ads features, platform changes and ecommerce trends.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You’re a full-stack ecommerce thinker with deep expertise in Google Ads, who can:
- Scale ecommerce revenue using Performance Max, Shopping, Search, and YouTube Ads.
- Confidently speak to the full ecommerce funnel from media buying to onsite conversion to retention.
- Make strategic decisions based on performance metrics that matter to ecommerce (ROAS, MER, LTV:CAC, etc).
- Thrive in a remote-first environment with high autonomy, accountability and strategic ownership.
- Communicate clearly and proactively - clients trust you because you own results and share insights with confidence.
