The Role Location: Nashville, TN (Remote) Part-Time Contract: 20 hours a week Duration: 3 months Hourly Rate: $45 USD TuneIn is seeking a well-organized, thorough and team-oriented Social Media Manager to play a pivotal role on TuneIn’s small, but mighty Marketing team. You will be responsible for elevating our brand presence across multiple channels, fostering engagement, and driving organic growth through thoughtful and channel-specific social media strategies. We’re looking for you to be a TuneIn core value ambassador who can ensure that the customer’s experience is delightful and smooth every step of the way as you build strong working relationships across our internal teams. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure our processes are efficient and meaningful for the rest of the organization and jump in to take on new projects to help us continuously improve quality and efficiency. Scope of Work Channel-Specific Content Management

  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each distinct social media channel, ensuring alignment with the unique voice and tone of the brand.
  • Curate and create engaging music and lifestyle-focused content for four distinct brands.

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments across all channels in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Implement effective comment moderation strategies to maintain a positive and engaging online community.

Partner And Community Amplification Strategies

  • Devise reposting strategies to amplify user-generated content that aligns with the brand's identity.
  • Coordinate with the community to identify and share relevant content, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

Organic Channel Growth

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and overall reach on all social media channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize organic growth, utilizing insights to refine content strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing and executing social media for country music and lifestyle brands.
  • Experience working with radio, music and/or streaming media brands
  • Ability to develop in-depth understanding of the distinct characteristics and nuances of each channel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with the audience. Experience in fostering a sense of community and interaction within social media channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and use data-driven insights to inform strategies.
  • Strategic thinking to develop and execute plans that align with overall business objectives.
