Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Operations Specialist to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our entire digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from website updates and email marketing to data analysis and app integrations. While this is not a deeply technical role, a strong aptitude for learning new systems, a keen eye for detail, and a comfort with data are essential.

Key Responsibilities:Website Management: Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance.

Email & SMS Campaigns: Support the implementation and ongoing management of email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key digital performance metrics, providing insights to inform strategy.

App Integrations: Assist with the integration and management of various applications and tools within our online ecosystem.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve digital processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in a similar digital marketing or operations role.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Excellent analytical skills and a comfort working with data and numbers.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems with confidence.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
