Role: Marketing Manager

Salary: up to £50,000 plus bonus!

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Manager with a passion for all things beauty! If you're a creative thinker, trend-spotter, and campaign expert who knows how to make a brand sparkle, this is the role for you. Join our team and help elevate our clients beauty brand with innovative strategies, eye-catching campaigns, and a strong digital presence.

What You’ll Do:

• Create Buzz: Develop and execute fun, bold, and results-driven marketing strategies across social media, digital, events, and more.
• Manage Campaigns: Oversee multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, ensuring we're always on-brand and on-trend.
• Lead Social Media: Own our clients social media strategy, crafting killer content and engaging with beauty lovers online.
• Track Trends: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest beauty trends and competitor activities to keep us fresh and relevant.
• Analyse & Optimize: Dive into campaign performance data, tweak strategies, and make every marketing dollar count.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our clients product, sales, and creative teams to make sure the brand voice is loud and clear.

What You Need:

• 4+ years of marketing experience in a beauty brand.
• A love for all things beauty and the ability to spot trends before they go viral.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.
• Creative, analytical, and organized – you balance big ideas with data-driven results.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for storytelling.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working with influencers or in e-commerce marketing.
• A flair for design or content creation.
