Role Description:

Please note, this is not a traditional Marketing Manager job. We are seeking marketing management professionals who are ready for a career change/upgrade. Responsibilities include marketing, team leadership, mentorship, and daily communication with potential clients and associates. The aligned candidate is self-motivated, possesses a strong work ethic and the desire to authentically serve.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the field of marketing—either as a business owner or with a reputable organization.
• Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Outstanding Communication: Strong ability to connect with prospects and collaborators via phone, Zoom, and other digital tools.
• Self-Motivation & Drive: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.
