Director of Product Marketing – B2B SaaS

Our software client is seeking a Director of Product Marketing with extensive B2B SaaS experience to lead and scale their product marketing initiatives. This pivotal role is responsible for driving product adoption, positioning the company’s offerings into multiple verticals, and strategically scaling to maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Positioning: Define and execute strategies to establish the product in the market, identify unique selling points, and position it effectively across diverse verticals.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the product marketing lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Messaging and Campaign Leadership: Craft compelling and consistent product messaging across all channels. Lead the development of impactful campaigns, including white papers, case studies, webinars, and digital assets.
  • Scaling for Growth: Drive initiatives to expand product reach, increase adoption, and maximize revenue by targeting new industries and customer segments.
  • Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop strategies that directly grow revenue, including cross-functional efforts to create sales enablement tools and resources.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage marketing analytics and customer insights to refine strategies, uncover opportunities, and track success metrics.
  • Vertical Expansion: Identify and execute on opportunities to position products within multiple verticals, tailoring messaging and campaigns to meet industry-specific needs.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to product launches, branding, and customer outreach.
  • Leadership and Growth: Mentor and guide the product marketing team, fostering innovation and maintaining alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven success in positioning and scaling products across multiple verticals and driving substantial revenue growth.
  • Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and crafting high-impact marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and market dynamics.
  • Collaborative leadership experience, with a history of working closely with sales, product, and broader marketing teams to achieve results.
  • Flexibility to accommodate global collaboration, including teams in India.
