About the Role:
We are supporting one of our clients in hiring an experienced Senior Product Manager. This role will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions that support thousands of restaurant locations worldwide. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development of scalable, data-driven platforms that improve restaurant operations, customer experience, and business performance. You’ll combine deep customer empathy, technical understanding, and product leadership to build tools that make a real-world impact at massive scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex enterprise software platforms, from concept through launch and iteration.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, reusable technology solutions.
- Translate product strategy into roadmaps, user stories, and detailed requirements.
- Collaborate with technical leads to scope features, manage trade-offs, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Define and monitor KPIs and product analytics to measure adoption, performance, and success.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners including operations, finance, legal, and brand management teams.
- Represent the voice of the user and the business, ensuring customer-centric product design and prioritization.
- Lead quarterly planning sessions and product reviews to maintain alignment across teams and initiatives.
- Work with enablement and support functions to ensure smooth go-to-market execution and user adoption.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to guide product improvements and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within enterprise SaaS or platform technology environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple product areas and deliver software solutions at scale.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
- Deep experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
- Demonstrated success building customer-centric, data-informed enterprise products.
- Passion for creating technology that transforms operations in large, complex organizations.
