Summit Mind Co is a respected provider of personal development and leadership training programs, known for our impactful live events and immersive learning experiences. We are currently seeking a driven, self-managed professional to join our team in a flexible, remote contract capacity.

Please note: this is a performance-based role, not a salaried position—perfect for independent professionals who value freedom and results-driven rewards.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•           Promote and represent our personal development and leadership offerings across digital platforms

•           Conduct consultations with individuals exploring growth and leadership pathways

•           Attend weekly webinars to deepen product knowledge and build confidence in your role

•           Manage your own workflow and commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week

•           Collaborate with a network of professionals and trainers dedicated to making a positive impact

 SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•           Visionary thinker with a growth mindset

•           Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

•           Basic proficiency with digital tools and platforms

•           Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently

•           Passionate about personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning

•           Must reside in New Zealand or Australia
