Steadman Hub is partnered with a fast-growing digital media company in its search for a talented HubSpot CRM Manager. Renowned for producing innovative content, multimedia experiences, and audience-first storytelling across the UK and Europe, this organisation is committed to informing, entertaining, and inspiring its rapidly expanding community. With a strong digital-first strategy and a continually growing audience base, the team is investing heavily in CRM excellence to elevate engagement, retention, and long-term audience value.
As the HubSpot CRM Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s CRM ecosystem - building, managing, and optimising HubSpot to deliver customer journeys across marketing, commercial, and subscriber touchpoints. You’ll work closely with marketing, editorial, product, partnerships, and customer experience teams to ensure CRM initiatives support both commercial performance and audience satisfaction. This is a standout opportunity for a data-driven HubSpot specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth media environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the company’s HubSpot CRM across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Develop end-to-end customer journeys, automation workflows, and lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement, loyalty, and subscription growth.
- Own CRM segmentation, data integrity, and reporting to support data-led decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with editorial, commercial, and audience goals.
- Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices to ensure consistent usage and adoption across departments.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM in a B2C or digital media environment, ideally within publishing, streaming, entertainment, or online content.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot functionality, including automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn audience insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with marketing, editorial, product, and audience teams.
- HubSpot certifications and experience integrating HubSpot with subscription platforms, content systems, or apps (e.g., Shopify, Zapier, or media-specific tools).
Benefits
- Salary of £45,000–£55,000, depending on experience.
- Fully remote working within the UK.
- Extensive training and development budget, including HubSpot certification support.
- Opportunity to shape the CRM function within a high-growth, creative media brand.
- A collaborative, forward-thinking culture with clear opportunities for progression and impact.
