We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce marketing, specifically managing multiple SKUs, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare industry and a self-starter attitude to drive growth in the competitive U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth across multiple SKUs in the e-commerce space.
  • Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, performance marketing (e.g., PPC, social media ads), and influencer marketing, to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Analyze and adapt marketing strategies to align with the U.S. market, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the beauty and skincare industry.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and nurture an engaged online community through social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.
  • Create and execute community engagement strategies to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Manage and moderate community discussions, addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all community interactions.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for social media and community channels.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that promotes our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Have 2-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketing, managing diverse SKU portfolios.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively in a highly multicultural team.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, performance marketing, and affiliate/influencer collaborations.
  • Experience and/or exposure to serving users in North American and other Western markets is a plus.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle ambiguity and complex challenges while thriving in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics/Amplitude/Hotjar/SEMrush).
  • Experience in creating and managing budgets for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners and influencers.
