We’re seeking a Digital Project Manager with mid to senior-level experience in marketing orchestration to support an enterprise digital transformation initiative. This role will manage delivery of campaigns and personalization efforts using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and related Adobe Experience Cloud tools. You'll serve as a bridge between internal leadership, tech teams, and business users—driving progress, timelines, and strategic maturity of a high-priority marketing program

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between internal leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external client partners
  • Oversee timelines, manage milestones, and ensure timely delivery of campaign initiatives and technical deliverables
  • Support the orchestration of omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and more
  • Collaborate with AJO Developers and Data Engineers to align campaign structure, execution cadence, and personalization strategies
  • Help guide the maturity of the marketing automation strategy through cross-functional collaboration and strong account management skills
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5+ years of digital project management, preferably in marketing or marketing automation environments
  • Hands-on experience managing projects involving Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar tools such as Adobe Campaign or Unica
  • Strong understanding of marketing data orchestration and the digital campaign lifecycle
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across technical and marketing teams, driving execution while keeping an eye on strategic goals

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, or AEM
  • Background in strategic account management or marketing technology strategy
  • Familiarity with data integrations and consent/preference center tools
  • Ability to support campaign architecture or data mapping efforts is a plus

Project Notes:

  • This is one of three high-priority roles for the team, alongside an AJO Developer and a BA/Data Engineer
  • The PM must bring marketing orchestration experience, and ideally can operate strategically and tactically
  • Candidates who can speak both marketing and data fluently (or who’ve worked closely with data teams) will stand out
