About the Opportunity:
The organization provides identity verification and fraud prevention solutions using advanced analytics and machine learning. This role focuses on developing and executing a multi-platform content and social media strategy to support brand and growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a multi-platform content and social strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Expand the organization’s presence beyond LinkedIn to platforms such as Substack, Reddit, Product Hunt, and relevant emerging communities.
• Use AI-powered tools for content creation, insights, trend analysis, and campaign optimization.
• Create and curate content across platforms, including posts, infographics, videos, newsletters, and multimedia.
• Manage and grow the organization’s LinkedIn page, supporting community engagement and executive thought leadership.
• Enhance the employee advocacy program for increased reach and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with teams across product, sales, and customer success to align content and maximize distribution.
• Partner with product and growth teams to support launches on Product Hunt and similar platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social and content metrics to guide strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform innovations, and AI advancements.
• Contribute to content marketing campaigns, including podcasts, video series, and thought leadership materials.
Requirements:
• 4–6+ years of experience in brand, content, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS within identity, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, fintech, or financial crime.
• Proven experience managing and growing multi-channel social strategies (LinkedIn, Substack, Reddit, Product Hunt, etc.).
• Experience with AI tools for content ideation, production, audience insights, and workflow automation.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for various audiences and platforms.
• Experience building and managing executive social presence and thought leadership.
• Ability to analyze and act on social media and content performance data.
• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or similar.
• Strong project management skills in deadline-driven environments.
• Domain expertise in fraud, identity, risk, fintech, or cybersecurity is a plus.
