Social Media Content Creator (LinkedIn Specialist)

Location: Remote (Denver, CO preferred)

We’re seeking a Social Media Content Creator with strong LinkedIn expertise and familiarity with "shopper marketing" concepts. This role is critical to helping our agency connect with B2B audiences, particularly in the CPG sector. The focus will be on creating impactful content that drives engagement and highlights our capabilities and unique thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn-first content strategies tailored to engage B2B audiences.
  • Craft compelling copy and lightweight visuals aligned with our agency’s tone and voice.
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns, including audience targeting and budget optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop innovative and effective content.
  • Oversee the full content lifecycle, from ideation to posting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise in LinkedIn content creation, audience engagement, and campaign management (including paid ads).
  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on B2B storytelling.
  • Familiarity with shopper marketing concepts and the CPG industry.
  • Must be familiar with the operating model of an agency.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
