We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead who has done this before at a startup or high-velocity product. Someone who knows how to build a growth engine from scratch because they’ve already done it, learned the scars, and know exactly where leverage comes from. If you aren’t already fluent in modern AI tools, growth loops, and systems-level thinking, this won’t fit.

What You Will Own1. Growth Engine Architecture

Design the loops, funnels, and automated systems that drive acquisition, activation, and retention. You will architect the machine using Orchestrator, then scale it with discipline.

2. Performance Marketing with Teeth

Paid, organic, influencers, Reddit infiltration, LinkedIn engines, SEO, landing pages, iterative testing. You’ve done this before and can show what happens when someone competent runs the stack.

3. AI-Driven Marketing Ops

Use Orchestrator as the case study. Prove what AI agents can do by automating outbound, onboarding, CRM, content, and analytics inside our own platform.

4. Brand, Narrative, and Distribution

Define the story that positions Orchestrator as the non-custodial, Bitcoin-native automation layer for modern business. You shape perception, voice, and distribution pathways.

5. Direct Impact with Leadership

Work beside the CEO and COO. Zero politics. High trust. Your fingerprints will be on every chapter of the growth story.
