Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end sales activities, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tool 

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position OptimoRoute's solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in tech sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

Good to Have:

Experience working in the logistics space or related industries.

Familiarity with route optimization and planning solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
