Product Manager/Marketing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Product Manager/Marketing Manager. The role involves overseeing product management and marketing strategies, conducting market research, developing go-to-market plans, and driving the growth of products and services. In addition, the candidate will lead product marketing initiatives and collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful market positioning. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Research and analyzing industry trends to guide strategic decisions
• Proficiency in crafting and executing Go-to-Market Strategies for new or enhanced services
• Strong skills in Product Management, including product lifecycle management and feature prioritization
• Expertise in Product Marketing and aligning products with customer needs
• Familiarity with Sales processes and collaboration with sales teams to meet targets
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the maintenance or landscaping industry is a plus
