We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team during this pivotal time of innovation and change. As a member of the marketing and social team, you will play a vital role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Working closely with our Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant, you’ll have the chance to take ownership of impactful projects while honing your skills in a fast-paced, supportive, and inspiring environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development and Execution:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
• Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Content Strategy:

• Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
• Coordinate with designers and external suppliers to produce visuals that align with the brand's aesthetic.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage paid and organic social media campaigns, including budget tracking and performance analysis.
• Own our email marketing stream, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with third-party agencies to support the growth of our digital channels, including PPC, shopping ads, and paid social media
• Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media analytics platforms.
• Create and present regular reports on key marketing metrics and ROI.

Brand Development:

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Support the Marketing Manager in launching new products, from packaging concepts to promotional strategies.
• Drive the development and expansion of the affiliate channel by building strategic partnerships, utilising the channel to achieve business goals, and aligning efforts with marketing campaigns

Market Research:

• Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Gather customer insights through surveys, focus groups, and online reviews to inform marketing strategies.

Skills and QualificationsRequired:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a consumer goods or wellness industry.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), and CRM systems.

Preferred:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic design skills with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
• Passion for health and wellness products or supplements.
