Performance Marketer | Meta Ads (Profit-Based, Remote, Freelance)

You’ll join an 8-figure D2C pet brand active in 12+ markets — with serious ad volume, unlimited marketing budgets, and founders who actually understand performance.

This isn’t a task list — it’s ownership.

You’ll control markets end-to-end: from creative ideation and testing to scaling, reporting, and profit optimization.

💰 Compensation:

Performance-based — you earn 10% of real profit generated from your markets.

Typical range: €4,000–€20,000/month, fully uncapped for top performers.

Your Mission

• Scale Meta campaigns from 3-figure to 5-figure daily spend.
• Build and test ad angles that convert
• Collaborate with CRO & Creative team to sync funnels and messaging.
• Use AI tools for ad research, creative iteration, and copy testing.
• Spot patterns early: creative fatigue, audience decay, scaling windows.
• Treat the ad account like it’s your business - because in many ways, it is.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Proven record managing €100K+/month Meta budgets for D2C e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of direct response psychology — why people click & buy.
• You live on X, Slack, and forums discussing what’s working right now.
• Strong grasp of creative testing frameworks, hooks, and messaging angles.
• Analytical and creative in one — obsessed with both numbers and narrative.
• Self-directed, reliable, and think like an owner, not an employee.
• Fluent in English; available within CEST hours.
