Role Overview
As our Community/PR Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind shaping our product’s voice, narrative, and brand awareness for the US market launch. You will own our communications strategy, social media planning and execution.
This is not just about posting or moderating — you will actively build a vibrant, engaged community around our product, foster emotional connections with the audience, and amplify our presence on social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create resonant content for our target audience (text, graphics, video).
- Manage community responses, act on feedback, and fuel discussions.
- Provide essential technical support for players and maintain reporting.
- Drive engagement metrics and attract new users through proactive community-building.
- Strategize community development, set tasks for other teams, and oversee execution.
- Collect community feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and analyze engagement and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers to co-create content (posts, articles, videos).
- Build and maintain an event calendar.
- Analyze the effectiveness of community strategies and improve KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in Community/PR, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Independent budget management for PR/media activities and contractor oversight.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with the US market.
- Proven ability in growing and nurturing communities from the ground up.
- Proactive, self-organized, and reliably follow through on commitments.
- Hands-on experience with Reddit, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube communities.
- Creative mindset and ability to integrate fresh ideas and trends into the content strategy.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and user behavior in the digital environment.
- Familiarity with modern community management and social media toolstacks.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Positive energy, team spirit, and contagious enthusiasm are essential.
