We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Manager who loves social media, understands platform algorithms, and genuinely cares about results. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our designer to create high-quality content for TikTok and Instagram
• Manage and post content daily across 3-5 accounts
• Develop content strategies that align with Mindspo’s brand and audience
• Write and edit engaging captions and copy that drive engagement
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (growth, reach, engagement, conversions)
• Suggest improvements and experiment with new formats to grow reach and impact
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and algorithm changes
• Take ownership of your role, working with autonomy while being a team player

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and trends
• Analytical mindset — you care about numbers and improving them
• Strong organizational and time management skills to keep daily posting consistent
• Excellent written English, with the ability to tweak copy for impact
• Growth mindset — willing to learn, adapt, and improve continuously
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the travel, wellness, or lifestyle industry
• Knowledge of content scheduling tools (e.g., Tailwind, Meta Content Planner, or similar)
• Knowledge of paid traffic and know how to set up ads campaign effectively
• Basic video editing or Canva skills
