About the RoleWe’re looking for a Digital Marketer to take a hands-on leadership role across multiple client accounts. This isn’t a “manage and delegate” position — it’s for someone who still loves being in the platforms, experimenting with new strategies, and optimizing campaigns daily.

You’ll work closely with the MMM internal team as well as contractors and partner agencies, and manage the full funnel for clients — from strategy and creative direction to reporting and performance optimization.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute cross-channel digital strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email, and Paid Social.
  • Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for multiple client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure content aligns with performance goals.
  • Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, freelancers, and partner agencies.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates to keep our clients competitive.
  • Provide strategic input on client growth, campaign testing, and new service opportunities.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and email marketing (Drip, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Comfortable being both strategic and executional — you can build the plan and push the buttons.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communicator who can lead internal and external teams.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) — mandatory requirement.
  • Self-motivated, thrives in a flexible, remote, and fast-paced environment.What We Offer
