LineSlip Solution is looking for a Director of Marketing to manage our full-funnel B2B marketing efforts. We need a hands-on leader who can not only strategically design but who can also execute integrated campaigns that directly drive leads, pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll wear multiple hats across paid channels, email, website, content, and social.
You are the ideal candidate if you have worked in early-stage B2B startups, are passionate about building marketing programs from the ground up (yes, that means doing the work versus leveraging a team or agencies), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You have a deep understanding of the customer journey, digital marketing best practices, ABM, marketing technology, and a track record of creating impactful campaigns that resonate with the ICP. You thrive in data-based decisions, optimization and performance metrics.
What You'll Do
• Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of demand generation and ABM campaigns, from awareness to conversion, utilizing a mix of online and offline marketing channels (email, display, social media, and direct outreach) to drive full funnel conversions and pipeline
• Consistently analyze and optimize campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on results
• Develop and communicate quarterly plans and goals; maintain a marketing calendar of upcoming activities to ensure smooth execution and alignment
• Establish and refine end-to-end processes for campaign planning, execution, and lead handoff, working closely with Rev Ops and Sales teams to ensure seamless integration from marketing initiatives through to pipeline conversion
• Help create and distribute content (collateral, presentations, social, customer stories) that builds engagement
• Build and refine marketing automation workflows to scale outreach and nurture leads
• Develop and execute paid social and display campaigns that map to overall plan to drive demand and conversion
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and customer success to align on go-to-market priorities
Experience You'll Need
• 5+ years of progressive marketing/demand generation experience, with at least 2 years of integrated campaign experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience working in startups under 75 employees, comfortable building with limited resources in a fast-paced environment, combining strategic thinking with exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in the full demand generation mix with a proven track record of driving significant lead and revenue growth through highly creative campaigns
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms, CRM, and automation tools, including HubSpot, ABM platforms (6Sense, etc.)
• Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, paid, social, email, analytics)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable attitude
