About The Role As a Paid Social Media Specialist at Later, you will serve as a core driver of measurable impact for our Later Influence customers by designing, executing, and optimizing high-performance paid social campaigns. Reporting directly to the Director of Services within the Professional Services team, you will manage campaigns from inception to completion across multiple social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging channels. Your role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and business KPIs. Success in this position hinges on your ability to analyze performance data, adapt strategies proactively, and communicate insights clearly to internal teams and clients alike. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on social platforms
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency with campaign management platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Pinterest Ads
  • Experience with analytics tools including Meta/TikTok/Google Ads reporting, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker Studio
  • Meticulous attention to detail in trafficking, QA, and live asset management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Knowledge of current paid social creative best practices and content trends
  • Nice to have: Experience with creator-led paid content campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social influencer and brand campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance continuously, making proactive adjustments to meet KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates
  • Ensure campaign quality through thorough QA, accurate tracking setup (UTMs, pixels, conversion events), and adherence to media delivery standards
  • Translate complex campaign data into clear insights and strategic recommendations to optimize performance
  • Build, deliver, and present detailed reports on campaign performance on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to align messaging, creative assets, CTAs, and campaign goals
  • Provide guidance on paid content best practices and educate internal teams on performance drivers
  • Research evolving platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and new ad formats to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Experiment with innovative ad formats, targeting tactics, and creator-led paid media approaches
  • Share learnings and insights with the broader team to enhance collective expertise and campaign outcomes
