Koalendar is a simple, powerful appointment scheduling tool loved by thousands of companies around the world. We’re a tiny, fully remote team, but we punch far above our weight, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment.

We are seeking a versatile marketing assistant to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will conduct market research for content, upload content to our CMS, and manage small email outbound prospecting campaigns. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and has a solid understanding of digital marketing practices. 🔍 What you’ll do:

  • Freelancer & agency sourcing → identify, evaluate, and recommend freelancers or agencies (SEO, design, content, etc.)
  • Content research → find references, statistics, and data points to support writers and improve credibility in articles
  • Competitor research → track competitor features, campaigns, and content updates; prepare clear, actionable summaries
  • Outreach support → draft short texts/emails to potential partners, collaborators, and vendors
  • Data enrichment → keep spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) updated and accurate
  • Ad hoc support → assist the Head of Marketing with marketing-related projects as needed

🎯 Must-haves:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Marketing Assistant supporting B2B marketing teams
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS / digital marketing workflows
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or above)
  • Strong research skills and ability to synthesize findings into clear, concise summaries
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented — able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision

❤️ Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with SEO/marketing tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for research and outreach
  • Background in content marketing or lead generation
