Marketing Manager (Volunteer)

Kimaa Squash is a non-profit foundation based in Amsterdam with a mission to break down social barriers and improve wellbeing by making squash accessible to those from lower socio-economic backgrounds. We’re in our start-up phase, which makes this an exciting time to join. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation and its impact in the community.

As Marketing Manager, you will lead Kimaa Squash’s marketing efforts and define how our story reaches the world. This is a remote volunteer role, with optional opportunities to collaborate in person in Amsterdam, if you’re local.

You’ll have plenty of space to shape the role, but your core contributions may include:

• Creating and overseeing the marketing strategy
• Developing and implementing a social media and PR strategy
• Improve branding and create messaging and content
• Oversee website development and improvements
• Guiding and mentoring marketing and content interns

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in marketing, with expertise in social media management and content strategy
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic website development (nice to have)
• Excellent communication skills in English are required; Dutch fluency is a strong advantage
• A genuine interest in sport, health, and social impact
