This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of MyCareer+. We are currently looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing in Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and lead influencer marketing strategies across multiple high-impact channels. You will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth through partnerships with top-tier influencers in tech and health sectors, while ensuring the delivery of engaging user-generated content that fuels brand visibility and advertising success. Working closely with creative, advertising, and growth teams, you will optimize campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, Podcasts, and emerging platforms. This position is ideal for a results-driven marketing leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-moving, performance-focused environment. Accountabilities

  • Define and implement influencer marketing strategies tailored to tech and health products with high average order value
  • Scale influencer partnerships from the ground up to generate $500K+ in monthly revenue
  • Lead the creation of user-generated content to support advertising campaigns and drive consistent, high-quality output
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with top influencers across Europe
  • Optimize performance across multiple channels including YouTube, Instagram, Podcasts, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with broader business and brand goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading influencer marketing for tech or health products with an AOV above $300
  • Demonstrated success in scaling influencer-driven revenue, ideally from zero to $500K+ per month
  • Strong expertise in UGC-driven advertising and content creation pipelines
  • Deep knowledge of influencer ecosystems across YouTube, Instagram, and Podcasts, with awareness of emerging channels
  • Existing network of high-value influencer relationships across Europe
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional initiatives
