Job Summary As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies across a diverse client portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—designers, developers, and content creators—to deliver campaigns that grow traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content platforms.
- Manage paid media accounts (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize for performance and ROI.
- Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimization for client websites and landing pages.
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content; track engagement and performance.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with creative and development teams to align campaign messaging and UX.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
- Create performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to content marketing efforts including blogs, email campaigns, and video scripts.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, WordPress, or other CMS platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO.
- Knowledge of video marketing or podcast promotion strategies.
