Lead Video Content Producer – Remote

Job Overview

We are a growing marketing agency based in San Antonio, TX, seeking to hire a Remote- Senior Video Editor to join our fully remote team. We aim to provide world-class video editing services to our clients, and we need an expert storyteller to elevate our content and create compelling video stories.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form interviews into captivating 1-3 minute stories.
• Create energetic highlight reels from event b-roll.
• Break down longer content into scroll-stopping social media shorts.
• Design and create motion graphics, titles, and effects that complement the narrative.
• Ensure clean, crisp sound and manipulate audio to drive emotional impact.
• Color balance and grade footage for the best visual quality.
• Lead and mentor junior editors, helping them perform at their best.
• Meet strict client deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Must be a native or fluent English speaker.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• 10+ years of corporate and/or agency video editing experience.
• Proven storytelling expertise in video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro).
• Highly responsive, communicative, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• High-speed internet capable of handling large 200+GB files.
• Strong attention to detail, team management, and leadership skills.

Preferred skills

• Photoshop / Canva / Graphic Design experience.
• Adobe After Effects Motion Graphics expertise.
• Experience working with junior team members and identifying emerging talent.
