TNW Energy is hiring appointment setters to book qualified meetings with UK businesses interested in commercial solar installations.
*What You'll Do:*
• Cold call UK commercial property owners (offices, warehouses, factories, retail)
• Qualify leads based on energy spend (£500+/month), decision-maker authority, and interest level
• Book attended site survey appointments for our sales team
• Handle objections and educate prospects on tax incentives (130% first-year capital allowances)
• Track activity and results in CRM (Close)
*What We're Looking For:*
• Confident phone presence – you're not afraid of rejection
• Clear communicator who can explain technical benefits simply
• Self-motivated – this is remote work, you manage your own time
• Resilient – high-volume dialling requires thick skin
• Experience in cold calling or B2B sales preferred (but not essential if you've got the attitude)
*What We Offer:*
• *Base salary* + uncapped commission (OTE £30k-45k+ in first year)
• Remote work – call from anywhere in the UK
• Full training on solar, tax incentives, and objection handling
• Proven scripts and systems (we've generated £500k+ pipeline in 2025)
• Clear progression path to closer or team lead
*Hours:* Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm UK time (flexible start/end within reason)
This isn't a get-rich-quick role. It's high-volume outbound work. But if you can handle the grind, the earning potential is serious. Our top setters book 15-20 meetings per week and earn £4k+/month.
